Freedom of Information
Social Media Policy

We strive hard in the practice to provide a good service and accept that things may not always go as planned. We aim to continually improve our services, so we ask our patients to feedback to us if they have had any issues or to use the Practice complaints procedure to give us the opportunity to address issues and resolve them.

The Old School Surgery Social Media Policy

Zero Tolerance

We ask that everyone that attends our surgery respects our staff. We have a no tolerance policy towards physical assault, verbal intimidation, or threatening behaviour. We appreciate that the last 24 months have been difficult for everyone. The surgery staff have been working hard in the background as well as providing Covid Vaccination Clinics at the Hinckley Leisure Centre and at the surgery. They have also delivered a flu campaign alongside visiting Nursing homes and housebound patients.
